Learning Helping Living was established to promote durable human security by strengthening community capacity, supporting rural enterprises, and advocating for health and human rights. We focus on empowering women and children, educating on critical health issues, and fostering environmental conservation to ensure prosperous, resilient communities.
Our mission is to build community capacity for self-help, rural enterprise development among Ghanaians: to promote human security, sustainability livelihood and environmental conservation, human rights for children and women: women empowerment, advocacy and education of the citizenry on health issues with emphasis on Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV and AIDS and reproductive health and infrastructural development.
The organization has a five member board with diverse experience in corporate management and non-profit making organizations. The function of the board is to deal with policy issues relating to employment of staff, disciplinary actions for management staff; finance such as approval of budgets, annual financial statements, annual/strategic work plan; selection of auditors and settlements of disputes. It is the highest decision-making body of the organization and its decisions are respected by all bodies.

- National Board with the Chairman is the highest decision-making body. It develops policies approves of budgets, administrative and accounting and selection of organization auditors
- Executive Director which is the administrative head, serves as the Secretary of the Learning Helping Living Board.
- Accountant is responsible for all issues relating finance
- Monitoring and Evaluation officer taken care of all monitoring and evaluation activities of the organization.
- Project Co-ordinator coordinates activities of all projects and programme being undertaken by the organization.
